What services do you provide as a ‘day-of’ event coordinator?
Act as a liaison between you and your vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly on your event day. We manage vendor setup, coordinate timelines, assist with diagrams, and make sure you're not bothered with logistics so you can enjoy your day stress-free!

Do you plan weddings?
No, we do not plan weddings. we focus on managing the details on the day of your event based on the plans you’ve already made. However, we do offer a customized Mood Board service, curated by our Wedding and Event curator. This service helps bring your vision to life by providing inspiration for your event’s theme, color palette, décor, and overall aesthetic. If you need guidance in shaping your event’s style before show time, let’s create something beautiful together!

What if something goes wrong the day of the event?
Our job is to handle any issues that arise so you don’t have to! Whether it’s a late vendor, timeline adjustment, or unexpected hiccup, We’ll do everything possible to troubleshoot and keep your day stress-free.

Do you handle vendor contracts?
We do not sign contracts on behalf of the client, nor do we manage vendor payments. However, we will communicate with vendors to ensure they are set up correctly and follow your planned timeline.

Do you travel?
Yassss, we travel!!! If your event is local, travel is on us. For events a bit further out, there's a small travel fee. Travel fee will cover transportation costs, including mileage/airfare, tolls, and parking, as well as any necessary overnight accommodations.

Do you offer rehearsal coordination?
Yes! If you'd like us to assist with your rehearsal, a coordinator can be there to ensure everyone knows their roles and the ceremony flows smoothly.

How do I secure your services?
A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.

When should I book an event coordinator?
The sooner, the better! Ideally, you should book at least 3-12 months in advance (depending on the event type) to allow time for a smooth transition of details. However, we DO accept last-minute bookings based on availability.
